Returns and Exchanges

Online shopping is scary, you don’t know how items are going to look, feel or fit. We get that. The backbone of online shopping is built on generous return policies.

Here’s ours: Try us! If it is within a reasonable time frame, we’re probably going to just give you your money back. We have yet to refuse a return or exchange.


Items typically arrive within a week, sometimes faster. We do our best to get them in the mail as fast as possible typically same day. International shipping takes longer. Tracking numbers are not provided by default, but will be provided upon request.

Please note that TallFingers has no control over possible delays by our shipping partners. Please do not be rude or demanding when inconvenienced by delays. Check that, just don’t be rude or demanding in any circumstances.

Payment Methods

We process payments through Stripe, and accept most major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal. Contact customerservice@tallfingers.com to resolve problems or for more information.

Billing Terms and Conditions

At the completion of the checkout process the credit card you provided will be charged for the specified amount. Refunds are available for returned items that meet the conditions specified in the “return and exchanges” section above. Once the returned items are received a full refund of the glove’s price will be issued back to the customer through the credit card they provided in the initial purchase. Refunds may take up to (3) weeks, or (21) days depending on the time it takes for the gloves to be shipped. Contact customerservice@tallfingers.com to resolve problems or for more information.

Privacy Policy

DoubleClick: We use Google Analytics remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from us in the future you can opt out using the DoubleClick opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

About The Company

TallFingers was born atop a cold mountain when, on a hike, its founder, a 6’5” man with size 16 shoes, decided he was tired of having cold hands, and gloves that gave him “webbed fingers”.

He figured that other tall and long-fingered folk were probably also tired of cold hands and webbed-fingers. As it turned out, the easiest way for him to get a pair of gloves that fit was to build a company that sold them. Go figure. The good news is that he did, so you don’t have to.
